Personalized Monthly Supplement Packs

This service offers a simplified, intentional approach to supplementation — guided by a holistic nurse and tailored to your individual wellness needs.

Initial Month – $135

Includes:

• Virtual consultation
• Personalized supplement assessment & formulation
• One custom monthly supplement box (30 daily packs, once per day), shipped directly to you

Some individuals may benefit from more than one daily supplementation window (such as morning and evening support). If an additional daily pack is recommended, this will be discussed during your consultation and priced separately prior to fulfillment.

Ongoing Monthly Reorders

 For clients continuing with the same formulation, reorders are charged at supplement-only pricing:

• One daily supplement box: $45–65/month
• Additional daily supplement packs (if applicable): +$40–60/month

No consultation is required when your formulation remains unchanged.

Included Wellness Check-In

 Brief check-ins are always included and may be done via secure message or email to ensure:

• You’re tolerating your supplements well
• The routine fits your lifestyle
• Minor questions are addressed

These check-ins do not include changes to your supplement formulation.

Plan Refresh (Optional)

 As your body and goals evolve, adjustments may be needed over time.

 A Plan Refresh is recommended when:

• You’d like to change or refine your supplement routine
• New goals, symptoms, or stressors arise
• A different level of support is needed
• Plan Refresh Fee: $45
  Includes a focused reassessment and updated supplement formulation as needed.
